Leuco is proud to be the first and only company on Vancouver Island to offer Thermoform PVC pipe Lining, an alloy pipe lining system unique for trenchless rehabilitation.

“This product allows us to re-line existing infrastructure rather than dig up the road and replace the underground piping”, explains Director William Cottrell, who founded Leuco in 2017.

Thermoform PVC pipe lining is a solution for rehabilitating existing sewer pipes and underground storm drainage with its flexible SDR35, easily manipulated material that expands with steam to fit the original host pipe, and with a 100 percent environmentally friendly process.

”With an endless amount of aging pipe infrastructure in cities, towns and municipalities, people are looking for a new and reliable solution to an old problem, Cottrell states, noting that many jurisdictions are facing challenges replacing piping that has been in the ground for decades. “Thermoform is a technological advancement that offers an ideal solution, and it minimizes interruption to the public, the traffic and the environment.”

Leuco is a General Contractor for large-scale commercial, municipal, and industrial projects, specializing in civil construction and utilities for both new construction as well as upgrades and repairs. Leuco works with municipalities across Vancouver Island on civil construction and utility projects, including highways, bridges, watermains, storm and sanitary sewers, paving and concrete work.

Cottrell credits the success of Leuco to the incredible team forming the company, from the staff in the office and field to the vendors that have been with them from the start, providing incredible service and assistance.

Cottrell notes the company is dedicated to developing quality, lasting partnerships and that they are always pushing themselves towards perfection when working with their team, subcontractors and consultants on the pre-construction, planning and implementation on all of their projects.
